Scoring & Perforating Machines
- Perfmaster Air V3 Perforating and Scoring Machine — Count SKU: PMAV3 $9,699.00
- Perfmaster Sprint Perforating and Scoring Machine — Count SKU: PMS $5,649.00
Dedicated scoring and perforating machines handle tear-off sections, coupons, tickets, remittance slips and fold lines at production speed and with consistent accuracy.
If perforating is currently going out to a subcontractor or being done on a combination machine that is needed elsewhere, a dedicated unit removes that constraint.
What we stock
We carry the Count Perfmaster Air V3 and the Perfmaster Sprint, both built for continuous perforating and scoring work. Standard and micro perforating blades, complete narrow-margin and standard perforating assemblies, and complete score assemblies are stocked under Supplies.
How to choose
- Perforation type — Standard perforation suits general tear-off work; micro perforation gives a much cleaner edge on tickets and coupons.
- Feed method — Air feed handles coated and digitally printed stock more reliably than friction feed.
- Number of perforations — Check how many lines the machine can apply in one pass against your typical job.
- Blade availability — Blades are wear items — keep a spare so a dull blade does not halt a run.
Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between standard and micro perforating?
Micro perforation uses many more, much finer cuts. It gives a cleaner tear and a neater edge, which matters on tickets, coupons and anything the customer handles. Standard perforation is coarser and faster.
Can these machines score as well as perforate?
Yes, both the Perfmaster Air V3 and the Sprint handle scoring and perforating, and complete score assemblies are available.
How often do perforating blades need replacing?
It depends on volume and stock. Coated and heavier papers dull blades faster. When tears start dragging or the perforation looks ragged, fit a new blade.
Do you stock the complete perforating assemblies?
Yes — complete narrow-margin and standard perforating assemblies are listed under PePerforating Supplieslongside individual blades.
