Paper counting, tabbing, and creasing machines for efficient document workflows.

Count builds production print-finishing equipment for commercial printers, in-plant print rooms and trade finishers — creasing, perforating, scoring, numbering and knife folding at volumes office equipment cannot sustain.

These are the machines you move to when digital print output starts cracking on the fold, when numbering jobs are going out to a subcontractor, or when hand-scoring is the bottleneck in your bindery.

What we stock

Creasing and perforating is covered by the AccuCreaser, the EZCreaser and the iCrease Pro+. For numbering and perforating there is the Auto Pro (APT), Number Pro (NPT), the FC114 family and the Tablematic Plus. Perfmaster Air V3 and Perfmaster Sprint handle dedicated perforating and scoring. Knife folding is served by the KF-200 and the air-feed KF-250, and the AccuCreaser Air and KF-200 are also available as a combined unit. Consumables and spares — perforating blades, complete perforating and score assemblies, pneumatic heads and ink cartridges — are stocked alongside the machines.

How to choose

  • Creasing versus scoring — Digitally printed and heavier stock needs a proper crease to avoid toner cracking; scoring alone is often not enough.
  • Feed type — Air-feed machines such as the KF-250 handle coated and difficult stock far more reliably than friction feed.
  • Combination or dedicated — The FC114 series and Auto Pro combine creasing, perforating and numbering; a dedicated Perfmaster is faster if perforating is all you do.
  • Plan the consumables — Blades and assemblies are wear items. Budget for spares so a worn blade never stops a production run.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between the AccuCreaser and the EZCreaser?

Both crease and perforate, but they sit at different points in the range for speed, automation and duty cycle. Tell us your monthly volume and stock types and we will confirm which one fits.

Will a Count machine handle digitally printed stock?

Yes — that is largely what the creasing range exists for. Creasing before folding is the standard way to stop toner cracking along the spine on digital output.

Do you stock Count blades and spare assemblies?

We do. Standard and micro perforating blades, complete narrow-margin and standard perforating assemblies, score assemblies and additional pneumatic heads are all listed under Supplies.

How are these machines delivered?

Production equipment of this size ships by freight rather than parcel carrier. We will confirm delivery arrangements and any access requirements with you before dispatch.
