What we stock
We stock the AquaBall AQ701G, which uses a rolling ball applicator, and the AquaPad LM3 and LMS1 pad moisteners. All three are refillable desktop units suited to office and mailroom use.
How to choose
- Ball or pad — A ball applicator suits running envelopes past it quickly; a pad suits a steadier pace and larger flaps.
- Refill capacity — Larger reservoirs mean fewer interruptions during a big mailing.
- Desk footprint — These are small units, but check where it will sit relative to your sealing workflow.
- Leak resistance — A sealed reservoir matters if the unit shares a desk with documents.
Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between the AquaBall and the AquaPad?
The AquaBall uses a rolling ball to apply moisture as you pass the flap over it, which is quick for a run of envelopes. The AquaPad uses a moistened pad, which suits a steadier pace and wider flaps.
Do they work on self-seal envelopes?
Self-seal envelopes do not need moistening at all. These are for traditional gummed-flap envelopes.
What do I fill them with?
Plain water is normally all that is needed. Check the product page for any manufacturer guidance on your specific model.
Will they over-wet the envelope?
Used as intended they apply a controlled amount. Over-wetting usually means moving too slowly across the applicator or overfilling the reservoir.
